I enjoy providing a Yoga practice that is customized to individual students’ needs and skill levels, and incorporates a mix of wellness practices: yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Additional experience and extensive education in traditional Thai Massage technique and Qi Gong.
